1300 calorie lunch, off on a bad foot. I think I have enough fruits and veggies to take it easy the rest of the night, just gotta keep cool.
I had a cherry limeade, not technically soda but cutting it awful damn close. Gotta get my head back in the game.

It's easy to pack on the calories when we aren't aware of how many are hidden in the foods we eat. Looking at your lunch, I would not ever have guessed that it would have been 1300 calories! (Kinda like when I found out my salads were close to 1000 calories!) However, your plan is good, keep close to the fruits and veggies tonight. By the way, the diet cherry limeade tastes just like the original version, but with half the calories! :)

Alas, I cannot have any artificial sweeteners. I get terrible migraines from them. Agave has been kind to me, though.

Oh, that's a bummer. :( You know though, I've heard that aritifical sweeteners are bad for us, so maybe it is a good thing you don't react well with them??? :) Turn negative into a positive? :)
