My results from the fitness test are in: lost 8 lbs, lost 1.8% body fat, flexibility up 4 inches, gained .4 lbs muscle, gained 1.5% water and lost 8.75 inches. Not too bad considering I am once again on TOM and have been every two weeks for the last month and a half!
