Today is my first day on here...wish me all the luck you can. I am at 200lbs. My short term goal is to lose 10lbs by september 13th, which is my wedding. My long term goal is to lose 50lbs total. i have tried to lose before and failed...this time i heard about this site and thought that it might help!
