Doing slimfast milkshake for breakfast and lunch then atkins for dinner :) my own special combination and it seems to be working. back where i was last time i failed this diet so this time i am desperate to lose these 4 pounds at an absolute minimum! got 8 days till i see my boyfriend, thats possible surely!!
