I went to the Dojo to teach as I figured keeping busy was a good thing, and the kids were so awesome! They reminded me why it is good to be alive! I stayed for my class so I got a fairly good work out tonight. I already know I won't be exercising tomorrow- going to be packing for my trip to roatan- Life must go on! ANd I'd prefer for it to go on with a healthier me. I did indulge in some comfort foods at lunch time (McD's) but am still under my RDI so not a total wash.
