Last night was a disaster, had an argument with my 18 year old son, that turned into an argument with my husband, which led me to tears went to bed without food or exercising or coming on here, was really stressed, not going into details but teens are tough they know everything we are always wrong and nag too much. So im here now to try to make up for not being on last night, even missed biggest loser waiting to watch it on demand. So I guess I failled the challenge for this week as I was unable to log on. Did an hour of cardio, 45 min on elliptical, and 45 min of zumba.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 52.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
