I am struggling with my weight right now. I can't seem to loose like i did before. I can't get down to 230. I'm lying about my weight. I'm actually 243.0lbs instead of 241.0lbs. I exercise and walk on the treadmill at least 2 time a week. My clothes are falling off of me, I recently took pictures of myself, and I have not looked this good since 1995. How come my weight is up and down, up and down.
