i have NOT been logging or eating smart lately...I have a wedding to go to in 12 days and i need to slim down bad!!! it would be great to loose at least 5 pounds. I think i may have to do a juice cleanse/detox, but i do not mind.
I am definitley going to be watching what i am eating and limiting my carb intake as much as i can!
i will be making shakes every morning for breakfast and salads for lunch. dinner i will hopefully be fish or salad...
Tomorrow i will log my weight...so we will see!!
