I burned so many calories at kid star park. I mowed the lawn. I ate a healthy dinner and skipped dessert. I'm up a pound and my knees are bruised. FML.
215.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 46.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Atleast you did something physical. I just sat and typed messages. I see you are joining a group to lose 7 pounds in March. If I lose 8, I go from obese to overweight. That is my goal. Waht is the doubleshot vanilla you had for breakfast?

It was a can that I got out of the vending machine. When I got to work, I was yawning and my eyes were drooping. I decided I needed some caffeine to function.
