Rowanfair's Journal, 23 February 2013

Well, the DH brought me coffee in bed and I forgot I hadn't weighed in, so my final is 178.4 (less maybe a couple ounces for coffee if I'm lucky). Currently enjoying a bratwurst and cheese omelet because after the conference (and not shopping because of planning the fat fast) there don't seem to be any vegetables in the house. LOL And a dear German friend brought the brats over last night from a local German butcher. So nice to be back on normal food, but a trip to the market is definitely indicated for today!

Hey if you can get coffee in bed don't worry about the scales, they'll wait till tomorrow though I do understand you'd have liked today's final tally. Have fun shopping, get lots of those leafy greens now to fill you up.

Haha, exactly. I love that Saturday is usually coffee in bed. But I did mean to weigh-in to see what the fat fast accomplished. Shopping accomplished - cauliflower, spinach, romaine, summer squash and mushrooms now available. :)
