The snow has stopped and the sun is out for now. The kids weren't happy because they had to go to school this morning, they were hoping they could stay home and play in the snow again. We got about 10 inches or so and I was actually pretty surprised that they didn't at least have a late start, but I'm not going to get into that right now.
I ate too much last night. I didn't get a workout in either. After my white knuckle drive home I just wanted to curl up on the couch, eat my chili, and do nothing. It also didn't help that I had taken a sandwich for lunch that had mold on it, so I was pretty hungry. Tonight I will get that workout in.
I feel pretty good about this week; I may not have eaten the best 100% of the time, but I did better, and I've been getting a workout in every other day which is better than the none I was doing before. I am seeing improvement again in how I'm feeling about myself and my progress, so I'm happy with that. I am going to keep this up!

Keeping things stable is a great thing! That's my goal until spring at this point. Today is the last day of midwinter break for the kids here. I really don't get the point of a Feb break but of course they love it! Hope you get that workout in! Looks like I don't get to till tomorrow since I need to go get my son from his dad after work. As much as I wanna kill him man did I miss him lol.
