I did not eat well over the weekend, and I only got 1 workout in instead of the 2 I had planned. Laziness took over and won out over any motivation I had. I watched too much TV last night too so I got to bed later than I wanted, so I couldn't drag myself out of bed this morning. So, when I realized that I'm going to be at work later and will have less time to workout I thought, I can just adjust and do a short workout after work, then my hubby tells me he has to be to work early this evening, so that means we'll be having dinner early. Sigh, I need to start the morning workouts again because of our hectic evening schedule, but I'm having a hard time. Maybe I can get a workout in tomorrow morning. I've been so up and down lately, I need to get more consistent.
Last week's positives: I did 4 workouts, so I'm happy with that, and for most of the week, until the weekend, I ate much better than before.
Goal for this week: Keep my calories between 1300 & 1400 even on the weekend, and get at least 4 workouts in.

4 workouts last week is awesome! Morning workouts are ideal, but soooo hard when your bed is cozy! :-)
