Changing my health & diet. Eat every two to three hours small meals like a handful of oat meal & two egg whites. NO sugar, only wheat bread Or sprouted wheat bread. "This will keep me from being hungry so I dont over eat" STAY AWAY FROM sausage pizza high fat foods. No butter only butter buds. NO white potatoes "yams yummy" also staying away from red meat. Eating Fish, chicken, Turkey. All Vegges are awesome!!!
