I have been feeling so blah this week! For one I am extremely sore from my workouts so the thought of moving around much is painful lol. I think I may be coming down with something because I have 0 energy and not much of an appetite. I have to force myself to eat. What is wrong with me?!?!?!?! I've still worked out but not as much as I have been. I'm nervous about this week's weigh in.

Take a look at your vitamins over the past week or so, maybe you've accidentally omitted an important one from your diet. Remember, its ok to take a break, don't push too hard. You will make it, even with an off week

Now that you mention it, that makes sense. I ran out of my multivitamin and haven't taken it all this week.
