OK I am BACK AGAIN!! I joined a gym the first week in February and got a personal trainer and it has helped me SO MUCH. I just don't have the ability to do this by myself. I enrolled the fiance too, he has been going with me on the other days and using the treadmill. I also took my first REAL yoga class (always did it at home before but hadn't done it all in 9 months) and it KICKED MY BUTT. EVERYthing is hard right now but I am doing it anyway! I hate seeing 190 on the scale! This is it, ladies (and gents)--it's time.

I'm also fighting this GOOD battle! Have plateaud for over a year, Urggg! I'm doing Turbo Fire and counting calories to see the 160's on my scale! Good luck and stay strong!
