Still the same, even with Aunt Flo circling the airport, that's awesome! I love how much I've learned from being Ketogenic for over 1.5 years. I don't like sugar anymore, it's way too sweet. I still like bread, real bread 😋 but rice and pasta are pretty boring and not worth it anymore, I'd rather have vegetables. I would never have thought I'd like black coffee or la croix/bubly waters. Getting off sugar and unnecessary carbs is the best thing I ever did for myself ❤
154.4 lb Lost so far: 106.8 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

One and half year. Very impressive!!! Yeah we can change our likes and dislikes. And we can change our food preferences. I agree that are valuable lesson I have appreciated as well.
