Wow I didn't realize it has been a week since I posted a journal! Well, my mom is out of the hospital and is resting before surgery sometime next week. I came back to Kansas on Monday so that I could try and finish up my internship (I only have 3 weeks and 1 day left!)
Since Greg was here I haven't had a chance to really exercise. He got here May 29, left June 4 and my dad and sister came June 6-9 and then my mom's accident was the 9th and I was on a plane home the 10th and just got back the 16th...so about 3 weeks w/out much exercise. On Tuesday I did 80 minutes of Turbo Jam, a sculpting one and cardio and today I did 2 more, which was 65 minutes. I'm trying to really do that Turbo Addict Cycle that I had posted before. I did skip yesterday, but am back today. Greg has been calling and waking me up about 6 and I don't work until 8, so my goal is to start doing my sculpting TJ before work and then the cardio one afterwards when I'm more awake.
I have to write up an email soon to send out to family and friends about my job and things, so I will post that here too, but that way I don't have to type it twice.
Anyway, I'm back and should be on FS more...well unless I'm exercising!
