I need motivation !

Motivation is a hard one as its so individual. You can find it but you may need to look and it doesn't have to be a weight goal. Could be health, well being, kids, partner or just looking good in your favourite clothes. Mine started as a weight goal, then reducing meds, now its being a bit more supple. I suppose what i am trying to say the motivation is always evolving. Keep smiling :)

motivation is trying on an outfit that was tight on you before and now finding it is slightly looser!! That to me is motivation :)
