Well, here I am once again, messing up. Can't seem to stick to the Atkins plan, even tho this is what my doctor suggested I do. I'm usually not a sweet eater, but have found lately I have been craving some kind of sweets. I have totally fallen "off the wagon" on this one.
So, now I will pick myself up and get back on. I HAVE to loose this weight now only to feel good, but for my health. I just can't seem to get motivated with all that I have been going thru; however, I'm NOT going to give up, no matter how easy that seems to be. I have to do this!!!
