I wasn't up in time for breakfast this morning but I sure made up for that at lunch time :/. Oh well. I still stayed under my calorie limit. I'm having a hard time judging my serving sizes.. Sometimes I think I overestimate and other times I think I underestimate so I hope it all evens out in the end lol. Sundays were going to be my rest day but I just sat there thinking about how lazy and useless I felt.. I knew it would make me feel better if I did some Zumba, so I did and even for an extra 15 minutes! I feel much better about my exuberant lunch but a little bloated from all the water lol. Tomorrow is my weigh in day. I have a reeeaaalllyy old scale though, so it's always off about 2-3 pounds but you never know which way :/ I need a new scale, but unfortunately I don't have the money. I'm a little worried, but hopeful all the same. Anyway, that's all for today :)
