Almost a week back on plan. I started back on Monday at 148 and taking sneak peaks at the scale this week I am southbound and down. Not yet back to 142 (where I was before the slip-n-fall). Tomorrow we start the two month strict Induction challenge and I am r.e.a.d.y. for the encouragement that comes from being part of one of these challenges. i am not competitive by nature and am thankful that the point of joining a challenge is to strive within yourself. The supportive context of giving and getting are awesome. Hope my optimism stays super-charged for the duration lols.
