Man O' Man...down another pound. I can't believe the amount of energy I have now, and the lack of hunger. Tracking my food intake is so powerful because it is scary to think of what I was eating in the past..calorie wise...versus what I am eating now. Regardless of low carb or not, I am probably eating half the calories I ate before, and it's much better food.

Had a slight challenge last night when I worked, but cooking ahead is the key for me. Made Chicken breasts early in the day so I have extra in the fridge which are easy to pack up and go. Combine that with a block of frozen spinach and my water bottle and I am off.

Started "low Carb" over the summer without following the plan or logging and lost 20 in seven months! Amazing what happens when you follow the plan

Congratulations on the loss! Your Food Diary looks really good! The best I've seen from someone just beginning in a while :) The only suggestion I would make would be to up your veggies (green and leafy ones) a bit, and drink lots of water. Your sodium is pretty high and the extra water will help counteract any water retention. Other than that, it looks spot on! Keep up the great work, and much success to you! It IS amazing what happens when you follow the plan! :)
