Feb 18th was difficvult to log. Broke down and had two martini's at dinner but had sashimi but no rice.,! Not going to beat myself up. Also had chopped salad at restruaunt in the airport so not sure what the dressing was on it.
Need to have blood pressure checked. Getting dizzy a bit and I think it is that I has to do with the diet and still being on same level of blood pressure med.
