Hi gang!

So, it's post-Indulgence Day, and as always on Sundays, I'm UP in weight. By a lot. lol. It's no biggie, it's supposed to happen.

I gotta say I'm a little shocked with the number - 91.8 kgs. I'm up 6 lbs since yesterday. But what a great day it was - and that weight will be gone in a few days. I'm not worried.

WE had a great day at the birthday party. Food was like ALL carbs - breads with so much junk it was ridicuous. But I counted everything. At the end of the day, the girls (Wife and Daughter) wanted pizza, and I went with it. I had the calories to spare, so we had what we felt like. First pizza in a while.

Now, I am perfectly aware what the pizza does to me. It'll take DAYS for me to get rid of it. I'm okay with that. It was a FUN day.

What's even better is this: I had a talk with a band member from my brother's band. He's always looking to do MORE, and told me he wanted to maybe try out singing some harder rock music. Well, I just happen to have a hard rock band looking for a singer! :) He's a nice guy, and a reasonable singer - so we're gonna give it a try. Maybe - FINALLY - Burnin' Live will be a full band! He's also a pretty decent musician, so he'd be able to do additional rythm guitar, or maybe some drumming alongside our drummer. I could easily imagine a drum duel live! lol.

Anyways, Wife and I are enjoying ourselves, catching up on TV shows. No band practice today. I already went to the gym, and did my workout. I even ran there. I also went shopping for a little food, still in my gym clothes, so I ran back and forth, with no trouble. I'm pretty proud of me getting better at running, I am far from being a marathon runner. lol.

Today, I'm thankful for:
- Sleeping late. We didn't get out of bed until 8:15. That's very different from the usual 4 am pattern.
- Morning workout!
- Spending the day with Wife.

Life is good!
202.4 lb Lost so far: 139.3 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

In other news - the carb monster is rearing his ugly head in my house. I don't like him here and he's not welcome. I've shut him up with a little sweet, but made sure it fits in the RDI - with PLENTY of overhead. I'm determined to leave it at that. I'm somewhat happy I'm going to bed in 100 minutes. :)
