OMG I HATE THIS PICTURE!!! Everyone, check out my BEFORE pic!! Ewww!!! That was the picture that truly motivated me!!! I didn't feel like I was that fat, but obviously I was...this is me over 200 lbs and it disgusts me...man I'm so grateful that this weight is coming off!! It has had such a profound effect on my body image and attitude!! WE can do this!

We can do this girl! We certainly don't want to go in the wrong direction and plus, it shows everyone else that we've come from that place and it's our own "testimonies" (sp?) lol
