So I had three cleaning jobs today which took about four hours .
I wasnt able to do a work out so that was my exercise for today .

yogurt for breakfast and vitamins with water
subway 6' sandwhich for lunch turkey and
blackforest ham = 290 cal
light lemonade = 5 cal

dinner was a big salad with low fat italian dressing , cheese , cucumbers, lettuce, sunflower seeds, carrots , bacon bits
