Took my vitamins this morning ...now im off to work .
only one house to clean so i will work out to video too when i get home.
Need to spend some time looking at good for you recipes since eating the same thing is boring ..lol
Did ok yesterday with food .... had two eggs and two sausage for breakfast , subway sandwhich ..blackforest ham and turkey with lots of vegies = 290 cal for lunch
Broccoli and zucchinni for dinner
Need to remember to make time to post every day to keep on track !!
