Missed yesterdays logging food and journal ... so heres some of it...

Did housework for four hours and drank only water .. then went to a wonderful Valentines day dinner with my husband where I ate fan fried snapper with some heavenly sauce that HAD to be extremely fattening! Drank water and had a strawberry skinny mojito which said under 200 calories

. All in all it could have been worse but I couldnt tell ya how many calories I consumed.

Thankfuly I didnt gain and weighed myself this morninng ...178.5

Tomorrow I will be back on track ....

That sounds nice! You must burn a lot doing the housework! You deserved that valentines dinner! Glad you had fun! It is so hard to count calories when you don't know what is in something. If I can eye the amount of sauce, I count it as some sort of butter sauce in calories. Nothing is higher in fat than calories, lol, so enjoy!

The sauce was the fatning part for sure, but man it was good . :) I try to keep my meals simple but sometimes it isnt possible . My family is making changes too ever since I started dieting and its sometimes hard to cook their meals and know Im not eating them . little by little I am changing things for them though ..like low fat milk instead of vitamin D . Every little bit helps ..lol Hope all is well with you .. :)
