Hello again!! I've been away for about a week and a half due to vaca. It was awesome and well deserved!! Getting back on track. On vacation my eating was ok but the added alcohol didn't help but I did do my cardio!! That's hard to do on vacation. I have also decided to try the Body by Glamour program. We will see what happens. Yesterday was my first day and doing great and feeling great!!
GOAL for the week: Stay positive ~ Cardio 30mins/day ~ 1700 calories/day ~ Strength training 45-60mins every other day
