Started whole 30 Paleo diet today. Breakfast was hard (nothing to eat and had a protein bar). Lunch went well! Looking forward to dinner!
162.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 27.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.

Well best of luck on following the plan. I think you will be pleasantly surprised how good you feel on it. Have you read the book? Eggs with veggies is a quick and easy breakfast if you are in a crunch. Good luck on your weight losss journey!
