oooppps went up 2 lbs!!!!! I was off the diet for 4 days! see what alcohol, cake, bread, and chocolate does to you! :-) I am back on today.
233.0 lb Lost so far: 27.0 lb.    Still to go: 73.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.8 lb a week

I totally agree that eating better makes you feel better. I remember the first big time I broke the diet a few months back was when my friends and I ate McDonalds...I had the worst stomache ache of my life!! Haha, once your body adjusts to healthy food, I can't blame it for not wanting to go back!
