oooppps went up 2 lbs!!!!! I was off the diet for 4 days! see what alcohol, cake, bread, and chocolate does to you! :-) I am back on today.

I was good last week until Friday. I had one good meal with alcohol on Saturday night at a party. Then on Sunday, I was really bad. I ate cake, chips, chillibeans, tortillas, and ice cream! Gosh if it wasn't becuase I really strict during the week and also did some excercise I think I would have put some pounds back. I felt so guilty yesterday that the only thing I ate all day was watermelon. I get really weak when I am at a party. I have son's party this weekend so wish me luck.....I hate but love those leftovers!

I was still able to manage to drop a pound after this long weekend! Did well Monday-Friday but poorly on Sat-Mon. I am back on track today. I was almost tempted in eating a muffin for breakfast.
