I was good last week until Friday. I had one good meal with alcohol on Saturday night at a party. Then on Sunday, I was really bad. I ate cake, chips, chillibeans, tortillas, and ice cream! Gosh if it wasn't becuase I really strict during the week and also did some excercise I think I would have put some pounds back. I felt so guilty yesterday that the only thing I ate all day was watermelon. I get really weak when I am at a party. I have son's party this weekend so wish me luck.....I hate but love those leftovers!

Your chart looks great. If you stray away once in a while, treat yourself gently and just try to return. Above all, don't be too hard on yourself, you are doing great!
