This week has been really difficult. My mom visited over the weekend, and she brought with her, her baggage (junk food). Then to top it off, this has been a stressful week personally, and I found myself relying on my comfort choice of half a box of Girl Scout Cookies-Thin Mints....Yep, I ate half the box, by myself, no help. Today is my son's birthday and to celebrate we chose to eat at Cheeseburger in Paradise...long story short, we get seated I look at the menu and there is no indication of low calorie or light fare...I ordered a turkey avocado wrap, then decided to look up the nutritional info once I got home...Guess what? They do not provide their nutritional info, sooooo I looked around and found an estimate of the amount I ate on another site...I suppose a few bad days are ok, if I hop back on that horse tomorrow. :)
