Started over today...again! I went on vacation last week and after a complete carb binge, I gained another few pounds. I lost 30 since last August but have gained back 10 because of mindless stress eating. I know that I can do this and I can keep the weight off. 10 pounds and that will put me at my goal weight. Lets repeat, "I can do this"!
