Ate under 600 kcal today, running for 20 minutes 14 mph in the gym and did some bicep training!, feel grait about this day!

THAT IS AWESOME! I AM GOING IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION THOUGH. I AM TRYING TO GAIN UNTIL I AM 155 AND RIGHT NOW I AM ONLY 130. I AM TRYING THIS DIET CALLED THE M.A.D. DIET WHERE I HAVE TO DRINK A GALLON OF MILK A DAY ALONG WITH OTHER CRAP AND TODAY IS MY FIRST DAY
