I have to focus! There is so much on the go right now it's hard to keep my diet and exercise at the forefront.

I went out on the weekend to a show and I had so 3 or 4 compliments on how good I look. It's funny because I've actually put on 5 or 6 lbs sunce last summer and I'm feeling terrible with myself.

I have to get back at it and FOCUS!

Hi T- sounds familiar- it is so easy for me to get in a funk this time of year, I'm hoping it will be over soon, and my positive vibe will come back soon. Hurry up spring- enough of this winter crap ;) Hope the sun keeps shining today for you.

Hi Tammy! I think that's why I've been struggling recently too, because I keep getting compliments even though the past few weeks I've been overly indulgent and probably am up a couple pounds. I also need to FOCUS!!! I went out shopping on Saturday and planned my meals for each day, so I'm armed with a "plan" this week! Seems to help me. :)

It's a vicious cycle.... You get compliments, you start to think you look good... (and for the most part we are looking better) but for some reason you get complacent and think "I don't have to work so hard" :(
