So after 2 weeks some steps have been made in the right direction. Next week my goal is to start using that gym member ship again, make it part of the routine. Right now the routine is to swear at the alarm and reset it for an hour later, let's see if I can break that!
154.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
