I had a lovely Saturday night, really enjoyed my dinner, I gave up eating meat 3 years ago and just recently I've started to eat some meat again. Nothing quite like a good steak or a bacon sandwich. It's weigh in for me tomorrow and I'm hoping for a good loss, I've stuck to the 'No Junk Food Challenge' and it will be interesting to see if cutting out all refined food makes a difference . My hubby says that he can see a difference in me and I do feel leaner so fingers crossed
