Walking again today. This is my last week until home school starts. Not sure how or when I'm going to get my walking in. It's been so nice to have my neighbor walk with me. She is even willing to walk after school starts, maybe at night or in the afternoons (of course in Kansas afternoon walking is not advisable until it cools down). It will all work out, not worrying about it. Finally lost a pound, been stuck for seven weeks or more! I ate more last week, go figure! 8782 steps today, 3 miles.
