I think I have discovered the new breakfast food that satisfies my taste buds and is still good for me.

Oatmeal, plain craisins, cinnamon, natural sugar, and turkey sausage. Delicious!
153.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 38.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
