Today is Day 8 of Phase I, regular fat smash.... The weekend was a little tough. I did well on Saturday. I took Saturday and Sunday off from the gym as my rest days. Sunday was a bit more difficult with following the diet. I just seemed hungrier that day. My husband kept telling me just to treat myself to one meal. I didn't... at first. Then, I gave in. I woke up Sunday morning at 142.2 lbs and then this morning at 143.2. So... now it's time to get disciplined again.
So, no cheating with the food today. Of course, so far I've only had 1 cup of oatmeal, 1 apple, and 1 cup of milk. I'm sure I'll be fine for the rest of the day, tho. I also went to the gym and did 40 mins on the ellyptical. I always put my resistance at "7" but you have to be careful how high you put the resistance b/c then you can potentially be making your hips bigger with gaining muscle. I had a friend who did that. So, I keep it on "7" but sometimes go down to "6". Anyway, we'll see what happens this week. If I can lose as much weight this week as I did last week, I'll be 1 lb from my goal. WooHoo! :)
