Good day today high protein day. Feeling better thnn yesterday, did weigh in with a challenge for biggest loer game for wii down 8 lbs this week and my fit score was up so im happy as i wasnt expecting to beat my score from last week.
159.0 lb Lost so far: 51.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
