This is horrible! WHY DOES DINNER ALWAYS FUCK UP EVERYTHING? I ALWAYS SPEND THE DAY EATING A FEW, IN SMALL PORTIONS, THE RIGHT FOOD BUT I ALWAYS MESS UP AT DINNER. WHY?
I really can't understand why but I really have to do something about it as soon as possible. I can't handle it any more 'cause I cant control it and I always get so mad because I didn't control myself and I didn't stop.
This time I got so mad that instead of running for 15min, I run for 45!
I'm really gonna search for some types for stop this binges at dinner.
I'm sad and disappointed at myself :(
xx

Sorry if you weren't looking for comments, but I noticed the chocolate cereal for breakfast... maybe try switching that out for some protein first thing in the morning - a piece of cheese or a hard boiled egg, and then save the cereal for a bed time snack. There are studies that recommend a decent protein first thing in the morning to help stave off binge eating at night, and also encourage a healthy protein for snacks too, with fruit or veggies.

Don't go too hard on yourself ! yes dinner is a bad time -and i think for all of us- and yes we should keep our eyes on the calories we consume but when you miis up a bit in your diet don't think about it too much or else you'll get reaaaallly worn out and stop dieting and we don't want that to happen right! but if you really want a solution i have to say that i agree with HvnSntRN , i always suffer at night time but not today because i ate boiled eggs at breakfast , i didn't realise not starving at night until i read the comment! Try it , it might work ...yes i am not feeling full but the hunger is alot less , it's controlable. sorry if the comment is too ong ;P
