There's no use. This is helpless! DINNER ALWAYS RUIN EVERYTHING so I'm actually even considering skip this meal or do it later or soon at night when there's no one else in the kitchen and when the table is not full of the delicious food my mom always makes. I dont know what else to do.

I feel for you. Please don't skip your meal as you will be twice as hungry when you DO go to get something. What I do when there is a delicious smelling/tasting meal is to enjoy a small portion -- be aware of what you are eating. This way you won't starve yourself - which in effect you are punishing yourself! Why do we do that to ourselves??? I slip too, we all do, but get back up and know it wasn't that bad of a slip.

Thanks for you concern and I'm really grateful for your tips. The only problem is that once I start I just can't stop. I don't know how to stop. I'm not really going to skip this meal and starve myself, I'll just have dinner sooner or later than my family so that way I don't have to sit on the table for that long and look at all that food. At least; I'll do that until I find a way to control myself. Cheers and good luck on your diet :)
