I changed my RDI calories to 1400 today. It had been set at 1600 for months even though I was not consuming that amount. Looking at my diet calendar, I saw that although I might bump up a little over 1400 some days, I mainly stay below that. 1400 seems like a more realistic ceiling.

Diet Calendar Entry for 06 February 2013:
1242 kcal Fat: 106.25g | Prot: 53.28g | Carb: 20.23g.   Breakfast: olive oil, Unsalted Butter Stick, heavy cream, egg. Lunch: cucumber, romaine lettuce, Onions, tomatoes, Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing. Dinner: cream, Turkey Bacon, olive oil, Parmesan Cheese (Shredded), frozen artichoke hearts, boneless chicken breast. Snacks/Other: cbark, boursin cheese. more...
