I've been limiting carbs but not so well.
Sweets are everywhere.
I've been doing brisk walking 30 mins. 4x a week.
I think that helped but still striving to change attitude towards carbs, greasy food and sweets.
210.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 70.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
