Well I discovered a new pleasure when walking round the shops.
It's nice to go in a shop, know you can buy something in almost all the styles on offer... And reject them all because they are all horrible and you now have the ability to go elsewhere not just have to buy the one thing that fits you.

It can indeed but I think Yoga trumps it. ;)
And I've done the 30 mins of exercise this week... 5 times.
Though I am being tempted with a food meetup tomorrow. But it's pizza and I'm already going out for this american BBQ thing on the 12th...
One stupid meal a month... Repeat ad nauseum...

One a month is ok to keep the body guessing. How are you finding the yoga, it took me a while to sort out the breathing. You are probably up on 30 mins a day with your lunchtime walking and stairs :)

Yes it's the walking I try and stay out as long as possible out of my lunch hour. So it's been 30 minutes minimum (55 on the day I got lost LOL)

I found that i needed to concentrate on the breathing to build up the form. example.. Breath in on the related state through the nose. Breath out slowly from the mouth under tension. So if you were sat down then breath in, as you stand breath out. Hope that makes sense as its easier to show someone than write it. :)
