I did not do so well today. Why is it that all week long when I'm mostly by myself (not around my husband, I mean), Im fine. But once we sit down together and go out together my dieting falls apart? Ok I'll try again tomorrow. I guess I'll still lose the weight even if I mess up once a week, right? I hope so. I hope it's not like it will take days to recover! It's not like I ate cheesecake or anything but I ate the wrong foods for this diet even though I have been working so hard all along. How could I do that? Ugh!
