I just made an observation. Routinely, I get up in the morning, make my coffee, check my email and go to facebook before starting my day. I'll visit facebook several times during my day, whenever I have a minute. I do it on my phone or wherever I can. There's been a shift... Now I am going straight onto the FS website first thing in the morning, and spending much less time on facebook and more time here.

I go to this site several times a day, and facebook isn't as interesting to me as this is! There's only a certain amount of time each day that can be allotted to social media sites, and this one is it for me! I am still new to fs and just learning how to navigate. But I am enjoying it, and expecting to take full advantage of what it has to offer.

I think that this alone will have a major impact on my weight loss. Recording everything I eat, being part of a challenge, communicating with others, giving and receiving encouragement and inspiration..... II believe that it is going to play a key role in my getting where I want to go, and I am just tickled pink!
